Whenever you come easy you sell yourself cheap. When you come selfless you might find yourself at the losing end. It is not bad to be good but very bad to be too good. In any mix you get yourself in find a use of you and a use for you. If it is not good for you then it is of no use to you.
Until you start fighting ahead for what's coming for you that you can really start living for you. Until you start living for you that you start building real value for you. Until you start helping yourself that you can start being of true and useful service to others. As said, even the heavens help those who help themselves.
You can not stand or survive alone. You need the right people you can complement and they can complete you to perfect your performance. If you're not personally ready then you can't find your true place in the successful high class you dream to belong. Sometimes it takes you having a mental or physical drive back through to find your true weakness, mistakes and unique strengths. It takes just making a few necessary corrections and being more proactive to take your minimum to maximum.
