She is the executive producer of shows such as SCANDAL, GREY'S ANATOMY, PRIVATE PRACTICE and HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER. She has named her production company SHONDALAND having actors such as Darby Stanchfield (Abby in Scandal), Jeff Perry (Cyrus in Scandal and Thatcher Grey in Grey's Anatomy), Kate Walsh (Addison Montgomery in Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice) and others.
