Wise Words

I don’t know who wrote this but I am blessed by it and so I am sharing it.

WISE WORDS

```In life, some may walk, others may run, but remember the Lord gave the tortoise and the horse the same days to reach Noah's ark. Your journey might be rough and tough but you will definitely get to your destination.
Jacob looked at Joseph and saw a good son! The ten brothers looked at Joseph and saw a useless dreamer! The travellers looked at Joseph and saw a slave!! Potiphar looked at Joseph and saw a fine servant!! Potiphar's wife looked at Joseph and saw a potential boyfriend! The prison officers saw in Joseph a prisoner! How wrong were all of them! God looked at Joseph and saw a Prime Minister of Egypt in waiting!! Don't be discouraged by what people see in you!! Be encouraged by what God sees in you!! Never underrate the person next to you because you never know what the Lord has deposited in that person. Your maid may be a Chief Executive Officer in waiting for a company which shall employ your child. Your garden-boy may be a president in waiting. (Remember David got the anointing of becoming a King while he was a simple child herding sheep. Esther was a simple orphaned girl yet she was a Queen in waiting). Let's share God's love and make the world a better place to live. Show that love by sharing this message with those you love.
IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW PEOPLE SEE YOU, IT MATTERS HOW GOD SEES YOU
God is God:
He doesn't care about *age*, no wonder he blessed Abraham.
He doesn't care about *experience*, no wonder he chose David.
He doesn't care about *gender,* no wonder he lifted Esther.
He doesn't care about *your past*, no wonder he called Paul.
He doesn't care about *your physical appearance*, no wonder he chose Zacchaeus
(the shortest one).
He doesn't care about *fluency in speech* , no wonder he chose Moses.
He doesn't care about *your career*, no wonder he choose Mary Magdalene; a prostitute.
All I know is that my God never changes
He never made *a promise he wouldn't keep*
He never saw *a person he wouldn't help*
He never heard *a prayer he wouldn't answer*
He never found *a soul he wouldn't love*
He never found *a sinner he wouldn't forgive*
This is the kind of God I would like to commune with every day the moment I wake up. I strongly recommend Him to you.```
The Message of Leadership Day 22
STOP. LOOK. LISTEN
Genius always gives its best at first; prudence, at last."
-Lucius Annaeus Seneca
Do you have a tendency to leap into situations without weighing them carefully? That can be a good thing if a person is lying on the side of the road, bleeding to death, and in need of immediate
assistance. However, being impulsive can be fatal if in your haste you are run over by oncoming traffic. Control your impulses and respond prudently.
The writer of Proverbs warns against being imprudent. A careful person will not be right in every decision he or she makes, but will not enter into any decision too lightly either. The prudent person understands that everything does not turn out the way it seems it will at first glance. So think your decisions through, especially the ones with wider implications.
President Jimmy Carter was proud to be known as a peanut farmer from Plains, Georgia. I first met him in 1994 and was impressed with how fit and alert he was for a man of his years. He was one of the most diligent and hardworking leaders we have ever had in the White House, but he has not always been known for his prudence. I well remember the high-stakes gamble he wagered in calling together the leaders of Egypt and Israel that resulted in the astounding success of the Camp David Accords.
But President Carter was also responsible for the daring, but failed, rescue attempt of the Iranian hostages in 1980, which resulted in a fiasco for the would-be rescuers. President Carter was not afraid
to take chances but they didn’t always result in success. The wise caution of Proverbs to exercise prudence is not mere peanuts—it could change the way people think about you—so be prudent.
Essential Insight 22: Weigh your decisions carefully. You can smear a lifetime of accomplishment with doubt in a moment of haste.
Story time
A rat swallowed a diamond and the owner of the diamond contracted a man to kill the rat.
When the rat hunter arrived to kill the rat there were more than a thousand rats bunched up and one sitting by itself away from the pack. He killed the one by itself and that was the exact one that had swallowed the diamond.
The amazed owner of the diamond asked: How did you know it was that rat?
He responded: "Very easy
When idiots get rich they don't mix with others!!!"
LESSON
When God answers your long waited prayers,maintain your normal profile. Don't be proud.
Watch: Don't Let Anyone else Define Who You Are ~ Les Brown
This is powerful, we all need to fight our fears so that we can be who we are destined to be, what is your fear? I owe it to myself make a difference, Lord, I hope I won't die with my talents unused and my destiny unaccomplished.
Allow God to Position You in Life
I attended
A Birthday Party
With a gathering of
About 30 people.
I sat in the front seat.
A Lady started distributing food.
She started from
The back and unfortunately,
It didn't get to us who were sitting at the front.
Another Lady started
Sharing the Drinks,
She started from
The front.
But unfortunately
I had
Already moved
To sit At The Back.
Again
The drink
Didn't get to me.
I was
So furious that
I stood up
To take my leave.
But then
I saw
Three ladies
Each with A Big Bowl.
This time,
I tried to Be Smart.
I Sat Right
At the Middle.
One of the Ladies
Started the sharing
From the Front,
The Second Lady
Started
Distributing from
The back.
The Two Ladies were
Sharing Roasted Chicken.
When
They got
To the middle,
Where I was seated,
It got finished again!
Feeling So frustrated,
I Bent My Head,
Putting My Face
In My Hands...
But Then
The Third Lady
Tapped me
And
Stretched Her Bowl
For Me To Pick.
Joyfully I Stretched
And
Put My Hands
Inside The Bowl...
Guess
What was
In the Bowl ?
*TOOTHPICKS !!!!*
*Moral*:
*DO NOT TRY*
*To Position*
*Yourself in Life,*
*Allow GOD*
*To Put You*
*In The Right Place*
*Otherwise*
*You will*
*Wrongfully position*
*Yourself*
*For*
*Toothpicks Only !!*
😆  😆  😃   *God bless *
