The Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner Mr. Paul Makonda on his visit at the DART Moroko area yesterday 11th May 2016. The challenge that is being faced by DART is that individuals, motocycles and private cars are still making use of the roads that are meant to be used by the UDART buses only.
