REPEAT LESSONS
Repeat Lessons
Jeremiah 32:27; 2 Peter 1:12
Have you ever forgotten God's goodness to you? Have you ever had to relearn something? Of course you have. We all have. Sometimes we need to learn, relearn, and then learn things a few more times. That is why Peter is telling us that he will always remind us about these things.
Maybe there was a financial crisis when you were younger. You didn't know where you were going to get the money to pay your rent or even put food on the table. But you trusted the Lord, and He came through for you. You got a fine job and a regular paycheck. Everything went along great for 20 years. But the company you were working for has to downsize and let you go. Now you find yourself back to square one. All of a sudden, it is freak-out time.
But wait. Didn't God provide for you before?
"Yeah, but I was much younger, and it was less money."
So because it is more money, is it harder for God? Is anything too hard for Him? The answer is no. But we have to relearn that lesson. We need to trust the Lord again.
Or maybe you are very ill and know that a doctor can't resolve this problem for you. But then you ask your Christian friends to pray, and the Lord touches you and heals you. Fast-forward three years. Now you are sick again. Maybe it is even more serious than before. And all of a sudden, you go into a panic. But wait. God healed you before. Won't God do it again?
God will be faithful to you. But sometimes we need to relearn lessons again and again.

Grace is the heavenly resource behind all of God's promises.
Faith is the simple means of accessing that grace
POSITIVITY
I thought this would be helpful. I just wish that i could practice what i preach, or rather, what i believe to be right from what others preach and i strongly support.
POSITIVITY

John Gottman, one of the nation's leading experts on marital relationships, has found that the main difference between stable and unstable marriages is the amount of positive thoughts and actions spouses engage in toward each other. Through careful observation of hundreds of couples, he has come to the conclusion that successful spouses have far more positive than negative interactions. If there is too much negativity — criticizing, demanding, name-calling, holding grudges, etc. — the relationship will suffer. However, if there is never any negativity, it probably means that frustrations and grievances are not getting air time and unresolved tension is accumulating inside one or both partners.
The key is BALANCE between the two extremes. There are many ways to foster positivity in a marriage. Being affectionate, truly listening to each other, taking joy in each other's achievements and being playful are just a few examples of positive interactions that help make marriages successful.

The Advocate
Zechariah 3:1-5; 1 John 2:1
We all at one time or another mess up everything good in us and are left with the guilt feeling. Ashamed to face people and powerless to clean up the mess.
Glory to God for giving up His one and only son to die on the cross for our sins. Every time we mess up, He comes and offers to take all our regrets, sins, guilt and shame and exchange them with His love, joy, and peace.
Weare standing trial before the Holy God for our sins and the devil is witnessing for the prosecution and we are all guilt as charged. But instead of being led off to face our death sentence, Jesus, the great advocate comes and says, “I paid it all. Let him/her free. Here’s My blood to prove it.”
BUT, the great BUT, you have to engage the Great Advocate by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior.
That is the only fee to pay.
